Requirements

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and trends

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant digital channels

Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools

Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize digital marketing campaigns and strategies

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire remote teams to achieve goals and deliver high-quality work

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients

Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members

Proven track record in setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations
