People management -
- Identifying development needs of direct reports
- To make formal, structured efforts for FAs to be trained and groomed to be developed into store VMs
- Project to VM handover checklist to be filled for every store opening
- Final NOC and maintain store dockets for all new stores. Take inputs from the VM-Store design for the same
- To ensure that the team in the new stores, execute all the mandatory and store design aesthetic aspects
Training VM champs and DMs in stores.
Adherence to budget & VM guidelines
Seasonal windows and in-store display
