Looking for Experienced candidates play a vital role in boosting our brand presence through Shop in Shops & Multi-Brand channels. We\'re looking for someone with a passion for creativity, a knack for communication, and an exceptional command over Visual communication and development. Communication You\'ll do this through engaging workshops, regular training sessions, and exciting e-meetings. Keep things fresh in our stores by reviewing, refining, and upgrading in-store displays. Share your insights through bi-monthly and quarterly reports. Collaborate closely with our retail partners to ensure that our displays are on point and aligned with our brand. Lead by example! Create a deck of best display practices that have worked wonders in the country and inspire others to follow suit. Product Display Turn heads and elevate our brand equity with captivating layouts and eye-catching fixtures. Engage customers with compelling storytelling methods while making the most of our brand assets. Be the keeper of the Visual Merchandising (VM) compliance report, including capturing and uploading pictures to the VM library. Be the driving force behind flawless execution of marketing activities in line with our regional marketing department. Fixture Controlling Be the wizard behind fixture & visual management, ensuring tools are in top shape and refurbishing as needed. Establish clear Visual Merchandising Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure flawless appeal. VM Development Don\'t miss a beat! Attend regular VM team meetings with our Sales team. Dive into fixture and vendor development opportunities to reduce fixture costs and keep us ahead of the game. Qualifications Graduate in Fashion or equivalent Other Job Requirements 5-7 years of experience in the relevant VM profession. A deep understanding of VM operations & layouts, providing training and guidance to fellow stakeholders. Strong operational skills, especially in the day-to-day workflow. Unparalleled interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships. Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English.
