5.Position Description
What the position does? Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change
Manage & Supervision Supervise the marketing team, monitor, review, direct and make necessary correction in the design and support business process
Coordination Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders. Work with the other cross functional managers for the timely completion of projects.
Develop Develop D for the projects on time, build rapport, and develop documents and meeting with Departments.
Stakeholders / Internal Suppliers Internal: Manufacturing, PPC, Procurement, Subcontract, Quality, etc.
External: Clients, Vendors, Suppliers, Third Party Agencies.
Ownership Marketing team engage with the Design , quality and other departments in the company and support the day to day business activities & make management corrections .
