: As a Regional Sales Manager in our pharmaceutical company, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a dynamic team of medical representatives and area sales managers.   • Leadership and Motivation:
  • Inspire and motivate the team to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct regular review and motivation sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude and energy.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Ensure 100% implementation of company strategies in the field.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve sales performance.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Training and Development:
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills.
  • Conduct joint working sessions to enhance fieldwork quality.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Address customer queries and objections with professionalism and expertise.
  • Validate and correct customer lists, ensuring optimal coverage and satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Product Presentation and Representation:
  • Conduct training sessions on product presentation techniques.
  • Ensure accurate representation of our products in front of customers.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our brands and their supporting studies.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Discuss territory data with team members and area managers to optimize performance.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of secondary sales, primary sales, and customer coverage.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience as an Area/Regional Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor\'s degree.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Punjab and J&K).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong ethical standards and adherence to company policies.
