Job Description


The Regional Sales Manager will be in charge of Overall Business in his Region. He will be reporting to National Sales head or CEO/MD. He will be responsible for his regions\' business and profitability with offering best support to Customers and feeding market conditions to Marketing Department. He will be fully involved with his sales engineers day-to-day business and business concerns with respect to competition, market conditions etc.

Responsibilities:

- Plan the region business in Channel, Enterprise and Telecom. Maintain right people to lead this business in the region. Train right people on products, through company\'s resources.

- Deal with Product Management people to know more details, provide market details for their use every quarter.

- Lead a team of Sales professionals in day-to-day activity including Channel & Solution Sales, Sales Forecasting, Pipeline Management.

- Motivate, Assist and coach team members, and drive them towards over-achieving their goals.

- Develop and implement best practices in their market to maximize lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates across industries

- Outside the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics, to build a stellar sales pipeline

- Collaborate with our Product Management Teams to provide input on new product development and Market knowledge.

- Understand the target companies\' business needs, develop proposals and accurately position at the executive level.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.

- Relationship building with all Sales Team and T1, T2 and T3 level.

- Lastly plan training programs, make sure right trained team is available.

Locations to be managed: Entire North Region including Delhi, Ghaziabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Jalandhar.

Repartees: 8-10 people.

Qualifications:

- Engineering Graduate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or any Engineering back ground with working experience in Networking Products line Sales, Marketing, minimum 7-8 years in Enterprise or Telecom side.

- Working experience in Executive level.

- Attended some Training in Networking Products line of leasing Brands.

- Capable or having knowledge of system Integration.

- Had dealt with S/I, Corporate, Telecom Departments.

- Totally Sales oriented relation building person having good contacts like B to B etc.
