Partner with the best

As a Regional Sales manager you will be the customer facing staff responsible for winning and enhancing the business in west region. Leads the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Being responsible for identifying, creating opportunities, and selling NDT product(s), services, solutions parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area and as well as harvesting the existing data base with best relationship management.
  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
  • Work with respective Channel partners and enable them, to enhance the business.
  • Conduct marketing activities like road shows, seminars, webinars, email marketing with the help of team.
  • Creating a proposal in which technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved.
  • Handling key accounts, OEMS, Tier1, Tier 2 customers from all potential industries.
  • Support cross modality business with seamless integration with the team.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Have minimum of 12+ years of experience in Sales and at least 5 years in Managerial role. Experience in Xray/CT product line preferred.
  • Should have clear successful track record of developing a regional business.
  • Should have good track record of Customer satisfaction in the industry.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated analyse, document, plan, market, and execute programs.
