Position Summary

As a fast growing, rapid scale, technology company, 3SI Security Systems is a highly respected world leader in asset protection systems designed to recover stolen cash and high-value assets, as well as apprehend criminals and deter crime. We are looking for a Regional Sales Account Executive based in the FL, GA, TN market. This position requires superior sales skills in Financial Institutions vertical. Strong communication and analytical skills with 5 years of sales experience is necessary. The ability to inspire and motivate others is a key attribute. Self-motivated individual capable of developing lasting relationships to generate sales for the territory to all markets. Employee will be home based with at least 50+% travel required. Candidate must be a problem solver, responsible for evaluating various security needs for clients. Position will work closely with customers to provide a high degree of service and offer product solutions that are within the scope of 3SI\xe2\x80\x99s ability to deliver.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the development and execution of a sales strategy to sell 3SI\xe2\x80\x99s solutions in the Financial Institution Vertical.
  • Manage and promote sales with assigned and prospective customers in Financial Institutions. This will include sales and proposal presentations to create interest for 3SI products.
  • Tasked with managing existing customer business with major key accounts and achieving/exceeding new customer sales budget annually.
  • Identifying potential product enhancements and additional services/products for opportunities in Financial Institutions.
  • Attend, participate and promote 3SI products at national, state, and local trade shows as assigned.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality services and products. Identify and provide suggested improvements of products and services internally.
  • Utilize CRM program to create sales forecast by market and product. Maintain accurate and timely record of sales activity pipeline.
  • Participate in weekly sales team, marketing, and product development calls.
  • Complete monthly travel expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Tracking Support, Marketing, Engineering, Law Enforcement Division and Manufacturing to satisfy team and customer objectives.
  • Receive product training and maintain up to date knowledge on the technical aspects of the products such as: how the product or systems function, ability to demonstrate website functionality, operational parameters, safety procedures, shipping procedures and all related applications.
  • Maintain professional demeanor.
  • Operate company and rental vehicle(s) with utmost care and attention.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, highly preferred.
  • Experienced in developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, team player, who works well with others.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferred.
2. 5+ years of sales experience related to security systems, preferred.

Additional Comments


Approximately 50% of travel (both local and overnight) to visit customers, attend trade shows, company meetings, etc.
