Position:Regional Marketing Manager Function/ Department:Marketing Place of Work:Kolkata Roles & Responsibilities: Work closely with regional marketing plan and execute local activation, merchandising and weekend drives. Organize & execute all Lead Generation Programs & BTL Activations for both Urban & Rural Branches for the region. Designing & implementing the Promotional campaigns for region. Creating innovative events to generate leads. Plan yearly event calendar and execute it effectively. Marketing initiatives to increase profitability for Branch through Promotions. Conceptualizing and executing R&R regional events. Development and execution of sales kits for branches, Loan centers and other alternate channels. Development of customer engagement programs and micro marketing at branch catchment areas. Organizing events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions to promote company products & services. Assisting in providing marketing support for key product initiatives. Coordinate with relevant departments, branch stakeholders and internal stakeholders to understand their problem statements. Design marketing solutions to help business teams bridge the gaps. Secondary Responsibilities: Need to periodical create ppt and presentation and should be able to present to stakeholders. Maintaining MIS and regular upkeep of data and documents Work with Multiple vendor and timely evaluation of vendors Coordinate with agencies for creating campaigns for specific business objectives for existing and new customers and to come up with new and exciting marketing campaigns. Key Success Metrics: Efficient campaign leading and execution. Meeting the goals and objectives of businesses and the organization Education & Experience: MBA Graduate with relevant experience of 3-5 years.
