What are we looking for?: Taylor & Francis are looking for a Regional Marketing Director – Open Research to join our Researcher Services (Open Access) Marketing Department. Working closely with the Marketing Leadership team, this role takes full ownership and accountability for setting the digital marketing strategy, delivering, and reporting on the key outputs for the South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa region. You will own the development of marketing to existing customers and new audiences, with a clear focus on ensuring we receive enough article submissions from researchers to meet our growth targets for our open access and subscription titles. Managing a team of highly capable B2C marketers, this is a wonderful opportunity to provide inspirational leadership and shape the future direction for a key growth area of our business. The role is regionally focused, working with cross functional management teams to develop the organization’s capability in their area of expertise and ensuring that the best practice you set, and advocate is regionally and globally consistent.
