Job Requirements

Designation : Regional Manager - OPEX ( Operations Excellence )

Location: Mumbai ( Andheri)

Experience - 5 to 10 years

Responsibilities:

• Part of global OPEX management team

• Brand ambassador of global OPEX organization

• Actively participate in all analysis and decision-making work related to global OPEX initiatives

• Lead organic optimization initiatives within the region

• Lead Business Implementation and support teams within the region

• Develop solutions to process/data/applications issues and implement globally

• Responsible for development and implementation of process standardization, segmentation and consolidation of processes initiatives

• Responsible for EPI center leverage, utilization and improvement initiatives. And, any BPO projects.

• Responsible and accountable for assigned OPEX projects in all areas Operations, technology, analytics and functional

• Tracking and reporting on project portfolios and overall OPEX program

• Escalations and conflict resolution in projects

• Stakeholder management for global and assigned projects

• End to end project management of assigned project portfolio

• Act as trainers and execution specialists for OPEX and related initiatives

• Work closely with EPI centers, products, data science, logistics, technology and functional teams

• Be leaders for change management

• Support standards and governance of global initiatives

• Job scope not limited to above-mentioned responsibilities, candidate must be flexible and willing to work on tasks and assignments in the global operations and support functions context.

EXPERIENCE:

\xc2\xb7 5-10 years experience in 3PL or supply chain management arena

\xc2\xb7 5-10 years experience in handling budgets

\xc2\xb7 5-10 years project management experience

\xc2\xb7 Experience in people management

\xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership, analytical and people skills

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Engineering or business management

\xc2\xb7 Lean Six sigma or related Continuous improvement program certification or experience

\xc2\xb7 Data analysis skills

\xc2\xb7 Reasoning to solve complex business problems

\xc2\xb7 Project management certification or skills

\xc2\xb7 Open to travel 25% of the time
