Graduate in any discipline or PG/MBA in Sales & Marketing with 3 to 6 years Experience as Regional Manager focussed on expanding the dealer base, identifying the suitable clients who have a taste for designer Bath fittings , creating awareness about the strengths of the company amongst the leading Architects & Builders, Interior Designers & building the brand as the most competitive and customer centric company . Responsibilities/KRA\'s: To Develop business plan and strategy for achieving the Company\'s projected sales goals in Punjab State and profitability. \' Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. \' Establishing effective communication for successful execution of the market/client requirements. \' Prepare action plans for effective search for sales leads and prospects. \' Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules. \' Gathering market information, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. \' Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Desired Skills: Ability to lead a team \' Ability to perform under pressure \' Being performance-driven and focused on results. He will be a self-motivated Leader will motivate others.
