Regional Manager Responsibilities:
r Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
r Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
r Recruiting, training, and support ing general managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
r Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
r Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
r Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
