Ideal for people with entrepreneurial ambitions. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Achieving business goals, Deliver revenue and sales targets. Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts. Ensuring the services comply with regulatory and quality standards. Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions. Manage Channel Partners in defined market geography Ensure distributor 3i - infrastructure,investment (working capital) & involvement (ways of working, processes) for reliable & effective service and winning against competition Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution. Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities. On-boarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD. Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources. Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity Visit markets/fields to strengthen market execution & trade relationships Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross & tertiary Add Value (Skills & Qualification required): Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets. Should have interest in Business development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application products/solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing regional language will be a plus. Additional Requirements: Should be comfortable to work on weekends(Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off on Monday Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
