The incumbent plans sales strategies and activities required to drive the installation base target and sales target within the division. The ultimate objective is to grow sales in the assigned area to expand the market size and to increase market share though effective lead management, Therapy promotion, product demonstration and sales efforts.Responsible for product sales activities for divisional products, including Training & Education, competitive data gathering, Lead funnel management and timely reporting to supervisors as per norms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Mapping the potential and making monthly customer visits for the territory as per the visit plans.
  • Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Giving technical assistance in the OR on need basis.
  • Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
  • Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
  • Analysing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Present periodic reports to supervisors on sales operations
  • Analyse and interpret sales records and customer accounts
Key Requirements: Degree/PG with science background or sales, marketing, Business Administration.Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.Job Type: Full-timePay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:
