: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee all Department functions (including Facilities, Infrastructure, Purchase & Security) and the team within a given region. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and Government/regulatory authorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage all possible risks and ensure business continuity & services to all customers to support the business objectives in accordance with company policy, applicable regulatory guidelines & as per the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Duties include the following: 1. Health, Safety & Environment: \xef\x82\xa7 Define the strategy for achievement of objectives & targets in the HSE Management System. \xef\x82\xa7 Review the health improvement of the initiative on a periodic basis. \xef\x82\xa7 Participate in management review meetings. \xef\x82\xa7 Monitor adherence to all statutory & regulatory requirements. \xef\x82\xa7 Participate in internal & external audits. \xef\x82\xa7 Enable implementation of action items in order to continually improve the HSE Management System. 2. Infrastructure: \xef\x82\xa7 Participate in project review meetings & ensure adherence to schedules & deliveries. \xef\x82\xa7 Monitor quality standards. \xef\x82\xa7 Enable successful handover and takeover of completed projects in order to effectively manage infrastructure development. 3. Talent Management & Development: \xef\x82\xa7 Identify, prioritize and deploy action items from ESAT surveys. \xef\x82\xa7 Engage with employees. \xef\x82\xa7 Identify, groom, reward and develop high performers and future leaders. \xef\x82\xa7 Plan for recruitment and/or reskilling based on headcount expansion plans. \xef\x82\xa7 Set clear and objective goals for team. \xef\x82\xa7 Differentiate performers and moderate performance ratings and rewards. 4. Leadership, Planning & Strategy: \xef\x82\xa7 Lead the Facilities Team in the region. \xef\x82\xa7 Plan for Facilities Operations. \xef\x82\xa7 Work out strategy in association with Corporate and implement. 5. Operations Review: \xef\x82\xa7 Guide & assist facilities managers. \xef\x82\xa7 Undertake root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. \xef\x82\xa7 Participate in monthly management and project review meetings. 6. Risk Management: \xef\x82\xa7 Identify potential risks to the continued operations of the development center. \xef\x82\xa7 Implement a DR BC plan. \xef\x82\xa7 Mitigate all identified risks. 7. Security: \xef\x82\xa7 To oversee the physical security function at all Development Centres within the region.
