IT Product Owner(Default)

• As IT product owner, should be defining IT product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories and themes that are aligned with IT product strategy.

• Document detailed IT product specifications, IT product behavior & IT product quality.

• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.

• Focus on customer requirements and bridge the gap between customer and development team, with visible transparency.

• Work closely with IT product Management to create and maintain an IT product backlog and clearly communicate with all stakeholders.

• Oversee, at all stages of IT product creation including design and development

• 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in building and managing an IT product end-to-end in collaboration with designers and engineers.

• Should be experience leading via agile based methodologies and with ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering is required.

• Proven record in strategy, user experience or digital IT product roles.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.

• Ability to quickly understand business, evaluate priorities and assess value for business functionality.

• Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding in IT product life cycle management.

• Experience with Agile software development and tools (JIRA, confluence, etc.).

• Proven experience of working with multi-disciplinary (IT product managers, business users, technology, creative, etc.) and cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical skills
