Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of for a Product Owner to join our team. AGCO is building a world-class Data and Analytics organization which includes a Reporting and Analytics IT team in order to provide easy access to reliable data in order to enable data driven decisions to grow and evolve our business. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to enable and deliver on specific projects that will mature our analytics capabilities.
This position will support our organization as we design and build robust data pipelines to enable data-driven business insights. Through close collaboration with business stakeholders, data Scientists, data wranglers and IT & infrastructure teams, customer, dealer and business value will be generated with data supporting analytics at scale. This role will deliver on the value of data to provide both cost reduction and increased revenues, enabling AGCO to better serve those feeding the world.
What You Will Do:


  • Define the Product Vision and goals for Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product Work with agile team to define PI goals
  • Produce Product Roadmaps and other documentation to communicate Product goals and timelines to stakeholders and the agile team
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect feedback and get buy-in on strategy and decisions
  • Work closely with agile team and stakeholders to maintain a Product Backlog according to business value or ROI, communicating requirements to the agile team
  • Work closely with prospective clients to gather requirements and create the initial Product Backlog
  • Plan and prioritize Product Backlog Items
  • Develop User Stories, features, epics to ensure work provides maximum value for the clients and the agile team
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the User Stories

What You Will Bring:

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree PLUS at least 3 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
  • Familiarity with major analytics tools (databases, BI platforms, data integration)
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
  • Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 360 and Google Analytics 4 or experience with migration from said tools is a PLUS
  • Master’s degree or graduate in technical field
  • A minimum of 2 years of data mining and analysis experience (preferably in the web analytics space)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or industry equivalence
