Main Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers at various projects in the assigned location and enable deal closure. \xc2\xb7 Having thorough knowledge about the projects in the assigned location. \xc2\xb7 Catering clients as per their needs from the available leads provided by calling and doing personal visits. \xc2\xb7 Must have experience in real estate closing sales and attending clients at the site and closing the deal. \xc2\xb7 Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools. \xc2\xb7 Maintain cordial relationships with Developers and Prospective buyers.
