Roles and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93
1. Sales
Design monthly and quarterly Sales plan for the respective site on regular basis
Develop Sales strategies with full focus on the sales targets till accomplishment
Assume Responsibility for achieving the sales order booking targets, unit sales and collections within budgeted timelines. Also responsible for ensuring seamless sales experience for customers.
Contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales plan for the project
Participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize sales order booking for the project
Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
Ensure prompt responsiveness to sales enquiries so as to maximize sales conversions
Achieving the set targets before the deadlines


2. Client Relationship Development
Negotiate and close deals with customers
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company requirements
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the project sales and existing/potential customers
Provide after-sales support to the customers at the project site as required.

3. Networking
Should have an acumen to source contacts to conduct events for business and lead generation
Play a key role during various stages of the channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long-term relationship
Maintaining a strong relationship with the working Channel Partners and Sourcing team to ensure business continuity
Giving timely feedback of all channel partners who visited customers with the sourcing manager.
Must attend the Sales workshop conducted by the company.
Should attend the property Exhibition Sales seminar and events if required.
