Title : Real Estate Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager Experience : 2- 8 Years Function : Sales Manager CTC : 3.00 lac \xe2\x80\x93 8.00 lac + Incentives : We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Responsibilities Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighbourhood or area Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing a strategic plan that includes prospecting, networking, lead generation, and closing. Design and implement a strong strategic business plan that expands company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s strong presence Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team and corporate activities and client visit.
