You will be part of a global team and the role reports into Sinch Head of Global Real Estate and Facilities Management located in Sweden.Your broad responsibility shall be as below but not limited to:\xc2\xb7 For driving the Facilities initiatives and working with Internal and external stakeholders/Vendor/Partner to deliver successful projects/ assignments/ events.\xc2\xb7 Lead and direct team to ensure excellent Facilities Management at PAN India to deliver best Facilities and administration standards.\xc2\xb7 Managing the annual Opex & Capex for all offices in India.\xc2\xb7 Being the Subject Matter expert for other offices at APAC to bring the standardization in workplace experience while monitoring the costs.\xc2\xb7 Monitor day to day operations of facilities, assess and effectively bringing in cost effective changes.\xc2\xb7 Monitor Govt norms/ statutory developments and compliances for adherence in related areas.\xc2\xb7 Develop, manage, and plan execution of New Offices Pan India, office redesign & appropriate tools to conduct Facility Audits, quality adherences action planning and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring smooth running of all Office includes taking care of Office lease renewal and site selection whenever required.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for smooth operations for Cafeteria Services, Employee Cab and Events.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for smooth operation of Housekeeping and Security of all office PAN India.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Managing Vendors for delivering services within Facilities and Administration area along with Local Procurement team.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring compliance related to privacy and ISMS with respective maintenance and security.\xc2\xb7 Governance-Ensure that all Sinch Guidelines, Policies, Procedures and Standards are followed and documented.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for sustainability reporting to global tool as applicable at office locations.Your competencies:\xc2\xb7 Understand the strategies and priorities of the business and applies the knowledge to achieve objectives.\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills and social competency\xc2\xb7 Management, Facility management, Procurement of real estate services & legal aspects\xc2\xb7 Team leader, like to collaborate and work cross functional.\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial, takes new initiatives and drives development and transformation.\xc2\xb7 Active and engaged mindset, e.g. good leadership and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work not only independently but also drive and contribute to global workplace meetings.Eligibility Criteria:\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 15 years of experience in Real Estate role.\xc2\xb7 Must be an MBA with appropriate experience in Real Estate and Financial.\xc2\xb7 Good experience with project and facilities management methodology.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of property management (Leases, benchmark figures, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Fluent Hindi and English skills (both speaking and writing).\xc2\xb7 Team and people management skills.\xc2\xb7 Good negotiation skills.\xc2\xb7 Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.\xc2\xb7 Impeccable integrity - ethical and honest in all respects.Being you at Sinch:We\'re a worldwide group of people, committed to diversity.
