Job Description

Responsibility (role summary)/key purpose of the role

REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT & OFFICE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGEMENT: - * Assist in identifying a suitable office space & effectively balancing the transaction deal between Developers and Organization for a win-win situation.

  • To deliver & Manage Civil & Infrastructure projects from Design till Handover phase to cater the organization & Business growth across all location by,
  • Review & Estimate Infrastructure Budgets.
  • Accommodate Individual Dept. Requirement's
  • Review Design Layout & Technical drawings (Electrical/Fire & Safety/HVAC etc..) provided by Architecture & Consultants
  • Supervise & provide guidelines to Project Management team
  • Review Project Implementation Plan & ensure timely completion.
  • Preparation & closure of Snag List
  • Handover & Train the Local BMS / Technical team for stabilizing the operations.
  • Prepare Budget Capex & Opex for New Infrastructure projects & works.
  • Ensure HSW is maintained across all the project related activities.
  • 100% WFH enablement - Ergonomic office setup - My office in a box
  • Future ready office implementation - Develop unified _VOIS property guidelines and future ready offices
WORKSPACE MANAGEMENT: -
  • Maintain the inventory of _VOIS seats across all locations approx. 8000 seats & submit the seat utilization report to Management.
  • Carry out Seat census survey bi-yearly & submit the seat utilization report to Management & Group
  • Timely seat allocation to various BU's as per approved business cases.
  • Handling project and property related works for holding co's and CWGIPL offices at Mumbai and Delhi
  • Managing a portfolio ranging from 2 lacs to 10 lacs sq. ft of area in terms of Real Estate and property Management at the location.
  • Review and recommend actions on property expenditure/ FM Builds, expansion, upgrades.
  • Plan and Review for financial forecasting / Budgeting related to property
  • MIS & Tracking of monthly site expenses vs budget.
  • Handle the Vodafone Global Seat Booking Tool for all locations
  • Allocation / deallocation of seats to BU as per WFH % age and decided SU

  • Zero business loss by ensuring 100% infrastructural support
  • Optimal use of resources for better control & cost optimization.
  • Optimal use of Commercial space to reduce Capex & Opex.
  • To implement Automation Vodafone Global Seat Booking Tool
  • To implement digitalized seat census tool
  • Cost Optimization, savings for, and organization through various Rate Contracts, Discount contract and Control through process within TAT.
  • Adherence to Budget, process & policies of the organization

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate with Tech Background (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) preferable
