Lead Technician, Real-estate and Facilities What You Bring to the Role

2-3 year experience in facilities management, process and execution
Must be able to respond to emergency situations 24/7 with reliable transportation and valid driver license as you\'re the point of contact for emergency situations that affect the site campus on a 24/7 basis, also transport goods and equipment as needed
Good with verbal & written English communication. Working experience with personal computer and database applications for tracking work orders
Readiness to work in rotational shift (24x7). Hands on experience of all Electrical, Mechanical Utilities with standard and non-standard power tools
Working experience with vendor relations, annual contract, project management etc.
