R&d Project Manager Sustainability
Job Description
Responsibilities:: Manage and lead R&D project and initiatives related to sustainability. Build collaborative partnerships with multiple internal stakeholders to define, develop and implement a sustainability strategy and set business goals for HVDC, together with R&D portfolio manager. Promote and raise awareness, as well as develop capabilities and competencies at all levels of the organization, to address the impact of emerging sustainability and environmental issues and opportunities, fostering a culture of continual development. Continuously create backlog by cross functional inputs from marketing, product management, manufacturing, commissioning and service division. Understand requirements from ISO 26000 and UN Sustainability Development Goals from sustainability organization within global business unit. Analyse and monitor sustainability and environmental performance to report to high management, identify progress against targets and opportunities for improvement and further actions.
