About this opportunity ! We are looking for Access Transmission lead to be part of our team! In this role one will be responsible for handling the 5G transmission/RAN circle support lead for circle, acts as the single point interface of operations to NPI, MW Planning, Deployment & IWAN, being the responsible for the delivery execution of RAN and Transmission Network Operations for 5G operations, supervise the performance indicators and to improve the user experience. Skill Required:

• To be expert in Nokia 5G hardware (and related software versions)
• Good hands-on experience in Commissioning, Integration and Troubleshooting of Nokia G Node-B in various scenarios (e.g., SA, NSA deployment architecture), Support for logs collection, Troubleshooting of NR/Anchor/ Changes etc.
• Proficient knowledge in various call flow scenarios of 5G, Parameters, features, and their impacts.
• Will perform activities like POP shifting, FTTH migration, 5G Qos correction, TWAMP correction etc.
• Good knowledge of IPV6 & IPV4 network addressing overview.
• Will engage with field team for early restoration of related Tech outages by performing various trouble shooting experiences.
• Good knowledge of 5G Network Architecture.

Requirement:

• Engineer should have excellent communications skills and should be able to handle conference bridges as and when needed.
• Should be open to work in night shifts (24/7 support)
• Engineer should be ready to provide emergency support during out of office hours.
• Should be a great teammate with willingness to deliver trainings and mentor/guide colleagues as needed.
