Location - Orissa Our Exciting Opportunity: We are now looking for a Subject Matter Expert, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases. You will: You will develop and advise team both in scale and skill to deliver according to the agreed business and delivery strategies. You will define, develop and drive execution of global standard methodologies and processes in covering IP/MPBN, IP/MPLS, C/E RAN, Optical/DWDM, Fronthaul, Microwave and RAN Transport. This will cover Solutioning, HLD and LLD including dimensioning. Drive E2E from TX Network Design related activities, incl. but not limited to: Initial system design and dimensioning, System dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic E2E backhaul analysis, Coverage sites backhaul planning, site identification, evaluation, NW planning, interference analysis and optimization using MW Planning tool(s). NW optimization to meet design targets and Final NW acceptance with customer Backhaul planning and TX analysis for Coverage and capacity sites, Proposal for required backhaul capacity and existing link capacity upgrades or enhancement, Network optimization to meet the acceptance target. You will be the prime collaborate with the CU Network Services, Product Development Units & Product Area Network Design and Optimization organizations for all Transport related areas. You will engage proactively with the leadership and with the respective sales organizations within the Key Accounts to identify and drive leads and opportunities from concept to realization. Key role in reinforcing add- on sales and driving top line growth. Lead and support the pre-sales engagements including solution definition, costing, prioritizing, RFP etc and guide SME\'s on daily engagements and towards customer issues. Lead C-Level customer presentations (Customer CTO, Planning Head etc.) where required and proactively engage on a regular basis within the customer organization to identify needs, expectations and develop close relationships. To be successful in this role one must have: Demonstrated skills to lead large service delivery teams in diverse and sophisticated operational environments. Leading them to successful project outcomes in customer projects and CxO engagement. Dedicated with a proactive approach to handle issues that require your mentorship and to drive them to conclusion. Lead by example and take accountability to deliver. Build a positive, high-energy team and culture to achieve goals. Minimum 10-12years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience across all phases of project starting from pre-sales to service delivery and NDO background. Extensive work experience in transmission designing and operation of following Networks: Tx Design delivery Optical, Microwave, DCN, Sync, Quality of Service (QoS), TX Audit and optimizing RAN backhaul capacity Good hands on experience on Ericsson NW Design Tools,Nokia, Ceragon,Transmission Products, and Solutions which are used to backhaul the following technologies GSM, WCDMA, LTE & 5G. Good understanding of advanced and complex radio networks to be able to assist with advanced optimization and creative design solutions Solid grasp of legacy routing network protocols (BGP, OSPF), Telco (MPLS, MP-BGP, L3VPN, EVPN).
