As we expand our offerings to include Shahi Litchi and Mangoes, we are seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team and maintain the export quality of our produce. : We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist with expertise in fruits and vegetables and experience in the agriculture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fruits, especially Shahi Litchi and Mangoes, meet our quality standards and adhere to the prescribed SOPs at the ground level. This role will involve conducting regular quality tests, inspecting the produce for freshness and authenticity, and collaborating with farmers to maintain export quality. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct quality tests on fruits, particularly Shahi Litchi and Mangoes, to ensure compliance with export standards. 2. Inspect the produce at the ground level to identify any deviations from SOPs and take corrective actions. 3. Collaborate with farmers to implement best practices for growing, harvesting, and packaging fruits. 4. Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and reports for documentation purposes. 5. Monitor the storage and handling of fruits to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness. 6. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely transportation of produce to designated locations. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to fruit quality and export standards. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Science, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in quality control and testing of fruits and vegetables, preferably in the agriculture sector. 3. Strong knowledge of fruit quality standards, grading systems, and SOPs for handling and packaging. 4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities in produce. 5. Effective communication skills to liaise with farmers, suppliers, and internal teams. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
