Quality Control Specialist

Partner with the best The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Owning includes both quality assurance and quality control. Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes. Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc.
• Assuring that unit activities comply with all applicable government regulations and contract requirements
• Working with Suppliers and SQE for CAPA on Supplier NCRs
• Managing Customer / Third Party Inspectors during witness Inspection.
• Maintaining Site Quality Control related KPIs like OTD, Escaping defects, NCR reduction etc.
• Working on Continuous Improvement Projects

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing/Quality).
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have ability to work independently.
• Have strong problem solving skills.
• Have strong knowledge in Quality Management System Processes
• Have NDT level II in PT,RT,MT,VT and UT Preferred
