Localization - Strategic purchasing for local materials . Development of new sourcing markets, including Implementation of alternative products / new supplier . Realization of defined cost reduction projects . Optimization of purchasing processes, supply chain and stock level in regards to cost and supply . Support the plants in the implementation of the global program . Support of the supplier qualification ( Analyses of potential and assessment) for a global procurement in collaboration with other department/functions . Collaboration in the definition of Product specifications with suppliers with the strategic material development manager . Ensuring short mid-and long-term material supply of all related production facilities under consideration of optimized cost, quality and technological aspects . Secure the supplies of production material on time . Internal and external correspondence for the area of responsibility, close communication with other departments/functions . Performance and evaluation of functional audits including follow-up . Identification of best sources of supply for specific projects Qualifications 1. Work experience of 5 - 7 years 2. Graduate from Polymers / Chemicals / Textiles / Mechanical 3. Should have SAP hands on experience, basic IT skills like MS-office, etc 4.
