Salary Range- Upto 25 K PM Non Negotiable
Education-Graduate/PG/Any

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
-Managing the entire property.
-Ensure all staff details are given to the HR Department timely and ensure the attendance of the staff working.
-Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner.
-Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting landscaping and snow removal companies and enforcing rules of occupancy.
-Skills - fluent in English and should be familiar with computer usage
