Job Duties and Responsibilities:

\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze and plan for the requirements in reference to scheduled projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel and ensure that everyone from the engineering team is working towards established milestones
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills to keep projects on track
\xef\x82\xb7 Take an active part in all aspects of development including participation in reviewing the work done by peers
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong cross-functional team player and demonstrated ability to coordinate application changes in a diverse and fast-paced work environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to break complex issues into manageable pieces that function successfully in a high-pressure, quick-turnaround environment.

Required Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 3-5 years of total experience with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in working as a Project Manager.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with remote development teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Well versed with SCRUM / Agile delivery methodology
\xef\x82\xb7 Showcase functional knowledge of the agile project management tool \xe2\x80\x93Jira.

Required Education and Experience:

\xef\x82\xb7 BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a reputed college with 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
\xef\x82\xb7 Motivated team player who goes over and above what is asked
\xef\x82\xb7 Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up-like environment

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Agile and lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, among others.
\xef\x82\xb7 Certifications in PMP or CSM are good to have
\xef\x82\xb7 You have strong problem-solving, analytic, decision-making, and excellent communication with interpersonal skills
\xef\x82\xb7 You are self-driven and motivated with the desire to work in a fast- paced, results-driven agile environment with varied responsibilities
