Project Manager
Job Description
Key responsibilities :
?Lead automation & digitization initiatives of shop floor
?Plan and implement productivity improvement and cost optimization projects, including ROI/ commercial proposals and road maps for the same
?Proactively find solutions for technological upgradation of manufacturing units and prepare business cases
?Implement Plant Wise Capex Projects and Monitor the Overall Progress.
?Business analysis & presentations to the Management Committees and the Board.
?Support systems implementation (ISO, IATF, Ecovadis etc.) and compliance to the standards.
Education :
BE / B.Tech. in Industrial/ Mechanical Engg. + MBA or PGDBM in Operations/Production Management.
PMP and exposure to Six Sigma/ Lean preferred.
Experience :
Experience of min 10-12 years in Engineering projects, involving manufacturing line layout, setting up units and automated manufacturing processes preferred.
Knowledge of SAP essential.
