We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of : Senior Project Manager

Location-Pune/Hyderabad

In this role, you will (Key responsibilities)

• Working with the Operations Project Sponsors, Technology Architects, Business Analyst(s) and Development teams, manage the delivery (both to timescale and budget) of the Sponsors needs as part of the R&C, WoMC & BoW.
• Lead Project and/or Project Governance meetings.
• Develop and implement global technology product strategies in alignment with leadership vision.
• Managing Project strategy and the Project approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes.
• Work with the business and stakeholders on a set of requirements and translate them into the technology product roadmap that scales globally.
• Driving and supporting Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications and budgets, ensuring adherence to standard controls (e.g. TDAs).
• Establish Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery as the foundation for the successful technology product delivery that is global, scalable and of great performance.
• Managing, monitoring, and reporting progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Strong communicator, making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
• Delivers solutions which supports and aligns to HSBC\xe2\x80\x99s strategic visions and roadmaps.
• Direct the efforts of IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other specialist resources to deliver multiple projects within one or many streams within the Project.
• Experience in providing thought leadership, and driving a complex change agenda, and an ability to challenge the \xe2\x80\x9cstatus quo\xe2\x80\x9d

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• Good experience in departmental management support.
• Strong data analysis skills to transform data into meaningful action that drive change.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and dashboards for executive reports and outward presentations.
• Outstanding collaboration and teamworking skills. A track record of building strong partnership with business and supporting functions.
• Customer centric, curious, and commercially minded, with an eye for the opportunities and benefits that technology can deliver.
• Experience of tracking and monitoring team roadmap and milestones.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience, Preferably in Financial Services.
• Degree in Technology or Business related subject preferred..Excellent English written and verbal skills.Excellent communication skills. Problem-solving aptitude
• Organisational and leadership abilities.Creative thinking skills.Experience in providing thought leadership, and driving a complex change agenda, and an ability to challenge the \xe2\x80\x9cstatus quo
• Experience in dealing with senior management, business partners and wide array of global stakeholders.
• Ability to build connections, working collaboratively with strong written & verbal communication & negotiation skills.
• Proactively identifies and manages risk, building plans to manage.
• The role requires a sound understanding of a value unit / product / region / legal entity, alongside a good understanding of the industry and the challenges and changes in the sector.
• Management responsibilities for a sizeable team of professionals (including responsibility for budget, and planning.
