Role- Project Leader, HACH India

Location - Bangalore

Job Summary -

The role of a Project Leader is to Manage & Control all the activities of the Project Deliverables. A project Leader has the overall responsibility for the successful execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all projects. Project Leader is responsible for planning and overseeing all projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed. The Project Leader will lead a team of Project Managers & Engineering Lead the Project Execution team, ensuring maximum performance, providing direction, and motivation

• Lead the complete projects life cycle from Order Receipt through deployment
• Lead Monitoring & Control process for schedules, scopes, budget & risks with mitigation plans
• Coordinate internal & external stake Holders to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, & budget
• Analyse project progress & course correct as & when necessary
• Establish & maintain relationships with client stakeholders, facilitate & lead regular project update meets
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle
• Ensure maintenance of project quality and performance standards,
• Assess & manage risk within and across, multiple projects with proper mitigation plan
• Manage integrated, multi-track project performance metrices for multiple projects & overall progress view
• Develop & maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and service providers
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize outcomes
• Report out project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate leadership channels as needed--escalating issues as necessary based on project demands
• Coaching and educating project teams to strengthen their capabilities and skill sets.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with company & government regulations & policies.

Desired

• Professional certification--including PMP/PRINCE II
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Experience developing internal processes for Project Monitoring & Controls
