Job Description


: A Digital Project Leader (DPL) is always in the driving seat with an entrepreneurial spirit. The DPL works collaboratively with stakeholders to define the Epic collaboratively with different stakeholders. An Epic consists of the lean business case along with the definition of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The DPL is responsible for shepherding such an epic through the portfolio Kanban system, presenting the lean business case to the Lean Portfolio Management. The DPL coordinates the introduction of the epic into implementation within an Agile Release Train, providing inputs necessary along the development. Digital Project Leader is responsible to orchestrate all necessary inputs that an Epic will need, from the first idea (Definition Phase) until the Implementation while realizing the final value as per validated Epic hypothesis. Digital Project Leader will collaborate with key stakeholders to create a realistic and compelling initiative, appropriate economic priorities, and if approved, facilitate implementation. Education qualification: BE / B. Tech / M. Tech. / MBA Experience: 10-12 years Responsibilities: Works with Portfolio Management to contributes to Airbus Strategy Prepare Lean Business Case , Definition of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and drive the Epic through Portfolio Kanban system. Identify early adopters Define the deployment strategy & the product support model after entry into service Collaborate with stakeholders such as (Business Owners, Customers, Marketing, Sales, Contracts, Lean Portfolio Management, Product and Solution Management ,Data Governance, Security, Architects, Release Train Engineer , Agile Team and subject matter experts & Product Support) for various stages of EPIC Maturation process Collaborate with Product Managers, Enterprize & System Architects to decompose the epic into features and capabilities and help prioritize these backlog items in their respective ART and Solution Train Backlogs Participate in PI Planning, System Demo, and Solution Demo whenever there is critical activity related to the epic Work with Agile Teams that perform research spikes, create proofs of concept, mock-ups, etc. Facilitate the implementation of the epic through the continuous delivery pipeline and release on demand Understand and report on the epic\'s progress to key stakeholders and LPM Key Deliverables: Exhaustive list of deliverables but not limited to Minimum Viable Concept (MVC) outcomes Smart leading indicators defined (for the Epic) Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition Business Case validated by Finance Epic Business Roadmap intent at completion Business architecture dossier - analysis stage (solution selection, ROM updated with solution/system architect)\' UI/UX Dossier (User Experience/Customer experience) BIA (Business Impact Assessment) for security Security Assurance Level (SAL) Allocation SRA (Security Risk Assessment) planned Data identification Expertise and Business object or creation if necessary including classification and data sharing rules Means of compliance and policy definition. based on data classification Customer journey(s) reviewed with customers Interface with other projects committed Epic Risk Analysis Additional Deliverables for external customer facing product ATS granted by S Deal Committee Customer segmentation , criteria allowing to select the customers to approach in order to create leads Value analysis Following ATS and initial feedback from customers, define a methodology to qualify and quantify the value generated to the customer Pricing policy - RoM Describe the pricing approach for the service (cost model, pricing model, margin, specific EIS conditions, etc.) to support the production of RoM Billing framework Define the billing framework (monthly, yearly, per AC, one-off) with SCC to support pricing policy definition and confirm feasibility Market Opportunity Analysis Consolidate Market potential, and Identify, per region, the regional market and customers that can be targettable for the service based on all existing information produced in the tasks above Service presentation level 0 Define content destined to non-technical audiences or for a first approach. Regional marketing must be consulted to prepare handover from Product Marketing to Regional Marketing. Competition Analysis Dossier Determine the competitors to the service and, for each, their advantages vs our service BL Executability & Scalability plan Obtain BL plan to be in position to execute the service based on go to market strategy (pricing policy, expected market scale & penetration, timeline, MAKE or BUY) Sales channel plan Define the sales channel(s) foreseen Promotion strategy & Comms LTT definition Define the promotion channels: digital (webinars, linkedin, eStore, ...), \'physical\' (ie, direct marketing), events, etc. Define the LTT for External Comms for Services: market size, competition, customer typology (type, location, segmentation, etc.), RoM, sustainability assessment, project timeline (EIS), first customers/EA. Sustainability assessment Perform an assessment of the environmental impacts of the projects (see below), identify relevant mitigations & adapt the service SWOT (cf. task 1.2) accordingly.
