Job summary Amazon is seeking a skilled Liquidations Program Manager based in Bangalore to support the Liquidations operations with the India ReCommerce organization. Liquidations is an emerging business with huge potential in India. We are looking for an intelligent, motivated individual to expand this business by developing a lead pool of liquidators, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with key liquidators, track performance and disputes, among other responsibilities. The role will provide an opportunity for the candidate to learn Amazon’s liquidations business from the ground up. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively, manage high volumes of tasks and projects and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround. The candidate will also be customer-service oriented and have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with external partners is essential. Key job responsibilities -Identifying and sourcing leads of liquidators -Negotiating contracts with liquidators across categories with focus on realization rate and throughput -Manage relationships with key liquidators aimed at expanding investment value and category footprint -Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams -Manage, track and report on order creation, cancellations -Manage liquidator disputes and follow through with cross functional teams for reconciliation. Launch programs to · Own and launch new initiatives to improve liquidator and seller experience · Weekly financial and operational metrics review and reporting
· Prior experience in a business role . Prior experience in vendor management role · Intermediate Excel skills · Ability to speak in Hindi
