Team Goal

As an Ad-Tech Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in building cutting-edge and industry-first ad-tech solutions for Hotstar. You will work closely with internal stakeholders like Product, Tech, Operations, Sales & Legal to drive and execute AdTech initiatives and the ad-tech roadmap. You will own, define and communicate the teams vision and goals with internal stakeholders. You will deep dive into the existing Hotstar Ad Tech stack and identify gaps to improve the overall experience. As an Ad-Tech Strategy manager, you will use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the ad's product experience. You will work closely with external ad-tech stakeholders like attribution and measurement partners, DMPs, and Ad-tech technology providers to scale the growth of Hotstars Ad business. You will program manage initiatives with internal & external partners and work closely with them on their end-to-end experience. An ideal candidate will have a strong product or program management experience and a deep understanding of internet technologies, online media, and adtech.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Ad tech initiatives by working closely with internal & external teams
Define and communicate the Adtech team's vision, frameworks & goals with internal & external teams whilst owning the results
Be a subject matter expert on the Hotstar Ad Stack and act as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Product & Tech teams
Build and maintain close relationships with external Hotstar Ad Tech partners like attribution and measurement providers, DMPs, and other Ad tech service providers
Develop Ad Tech strategies to integrate partners and extract optimum result
Deep dive into current Ad Tech product offerings and contribute to product development by identifying gaps in the current stack.
Work closely with Sales & operations teams to troubleshoot advertiser campaigns
Work closely with Data Science teams to build rich & real-time reporting capabilities
Drive the development of processes, documents, and checklists to ensure operational efficiencies in the ads business
Use data, creativity & experimentation to constantly improve the ad's product experience

WHAT TO BRING 5 years experience in online media, internet technologies, or Ad Tech-Programmatic Strategy
High degree of ownership and bias for action
Deep understanding of Ad-Tech, Internet technologies, Online media, and mobile/web
Experience in Product (or) Program Management
Experience in working on Ad tech products like Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, Nielsen DAR, MOAT, IAS, and other Ad tech solutions
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical teams
Should have the ability to work independently and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of quality
Problem-solving through product & process interventions
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: IT-Hardware/Networking, Telecom
