US Outbound Sales Roles and Responsibilities :- Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and criteria.- Will handle inbound calls of our perspective clients- Making International cold calls especially from the US MarketDesired Candidate Profile :- Associate must have experience in outbound in US. Must have US calling- Any Bachelor's degree/Undergraduate can apply- Flexible to work in night shifts (Fixed Shift)- Must have 1- 6 years of international customer support Experience (Voice)- Excellent verbal communication skills (ref:updazz.com)
