Monitor online work flow & ensure product meets the quality standards at every level from raw material to dispatch 6. Update & maintain DPR, other production records timely & analyse 7. Coordinate with other departments for futural production necessaries & follow ups 8. Timely report to higher management 9. Ensure HI Standard Cleaning, Hygiene & Sanitization in production department & process hall 10. Proven knowledge in BRC, FSSAI, ISO, HACCP Standards & principles & face Audits 11. Understand & Redress departmental problems, complaints, grievances, necessities 12. Ensure client satisfaction 13. Ensure smooth functioning of Production Department 14. Proven knowledge & experience in Manpower, Team Handling & Production planning 15. 4-5 Years Proven experience in Ready to Eat (RTE) & Frozen food manufacturing. 16.
