We are looking Young ,Dynamic candidate for Production Manager Profile. Its a polymer industry based in Kolkata. Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Experience : 5-8yrs Job Roles: \xc2\xb7 Plan activities to complete the production target on time. \xc2\xb7 Prepare pert chart for production planning in line with sales team requirements (monthly, weekly). \xc2\xb7 Allocate daily activities to team members and monitor the progress. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot production problems and Introduce new tools and method to improve productivity. \xc2\xb7 Introduce new techniques for improving the efficiency of team members. \xc2\xb7 Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports to production manager by using SAP. \xc2\xb7 Planning and prioritizing operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. \xc2\xb7 Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. \xc2\xb7 Prepare MRP, KPI, and TPM and QMS report daily and monthly wise. \xc2\xb7 Assist purchasing unit in coordinating and planning supplier\xe2\x80\x99s deliveries.
