Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 10 years experience in Process Management
Salary \xe2\x80\x93 As per industry norms

\xef\x82\xb7 Should have experience in Chemical industry (Zinc Sulphate).
\xef\x82\xb7 Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations
\xef\x82\xb7 Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
\xef\x82\xb7 Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
\xef\x82\xb7 Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
\xef\x82\xb7 Commit to plant safety procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
\xef\x82\xb7 Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts Desired Candidate Profile
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven work experience as a Production Manager
\xef\x82\xb7 Have experience in Chemicals Manufacturing Industry, of Zinc Sulphate
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical/Mechanical
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 6 Year experience in Agro Products Manufacturing Industry
\xef\x82\xb7 Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
\xef\x82\xb7 Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
\xef\x82\xb7 Computer literacy
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to create accountability and to lead
