Position: Asst. Production Manager No of vacancies - 01 Industry. Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering background preferred Experience : 06 to 08 Years in Electronics, Automotive Industry. Education - BE / Diploma Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical , EN & TC 1. Manage day to day activity, assigning the work to team members, daily, weekly and monthly reporting, production planning etc. Experience in mechatronics and man management skills. Planning and organization of production schedules. Responsible for overall smooth operation of the unit. 2. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Monitoring the KRA/ KPA of production floor employees. 3. Monitor product standards,coordinate corrective action &quality-control programs. 4. Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees. 5. Experience in reporting on key production metrics \xe2\x80\x93 OEE, trend, skill matrix, productivity. 6. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations. 7. Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, IATF16949 , System knoweldge of Plant Production Management. 8. Printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication foreman/ - electronic equipment manufacturing. 9. This position develops ,schedules and implements work activities for the manufacturing and assembly area.. 10. Evaluate current production activities and propose/ Implement improvement plans to effectively utilize manpower, equipment and materials to maximize production. 11 . Monitoring all inputs of production MIS generation on a daily basis. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9360,000.00 - 9500,000.00 per year Benefits:
