Dear job seekers we are hiring for a global leading chemical manufacturing company @ Hyderabad location for the position of Production Manager

Position : Production Manager
Qualification : BE/B.Tech ( Chemical Only )
Experience : 12 - 14 Years
Location : Hyderabad

Operational Responsibilities

• Production Planning and execution with in the budgeted cost
• Expertise in Handling Chemical Operations, Critical and Hazardous Operations with safety & EHS guidelines
• Proven experience as production Manager
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detailing , analytical approach
• Ensure the up keep of all equipment's in coordination with Engg department.
• Co Ordination with various other departments
• Experience of Facing ISO and other Systems Audits External, Internal and Global Audits,
• Co coordinating with various departments.
• Weekly and monthly report preparations.
• Skills on problem solving and identification of root cause.
• Develops good working relationships, to continue to improve overall production processes and develop a good team in shift.
• Identify areas for improvement in process, equipment automation and training.
• Completes safety checks and safety observations regularly. To promote safety awareness, quality & punctuality.
• To handle abnormal situation in plant and communication to Seniors.
• Knowledge of HAZOP/ RISK ASSISMENT / RESTAB injections.
• Knowledge of SAP .

Financial Responsibilities

• No production loss due to miss planning.
• No productivity loss due to negligence.

People Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations of plant to achieve high productivity and safety level
• Encourage supervisors/operators to participate in suggestion scheme
• No incidents and Accidents.
