Job Description
Position : Process Engineer (For Chemical Manufacturing Company)
Location : Taloja, (Navi Mumbai)
Education Qualification : B.Tech Chemical Engineer from Tier 1 / Tier 2 College
Experience : 4 to 8 Years (From Specialty & Fine Chemicals )
About Company : A Client of Ciel HR, multinational speciality chemicals and sustainable technologies company headquartered in London, England. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange located at Navi Mumbai Taloja location
1. Scale-up new processes (and work on New Production Introduction) from lab scale to plant scale
2. Design processes and develop PFD, P&ID, mass-energy balance & basic engineering package
3. Prepare equipment list, cause & effect
4. Equipment sizing, line sizing, equipment selection
5. Participate in risk assessments, HAZOP, management of change reviews
6. Review technical offers from vendors/consultants
7. Perform commissioning trials and ensure effective technology transfer to Operations
