Job Responsibilities

1.Partner with the Data Census Technical Team, Information Architecture Team and Business Information Owners to ensure metadata requirements are maintained in order to adhere to firm wide policies.

2.Assist with requirements, documenting and testing of new and changed functionality within Data Census (DC), Crowd Data Sourcing (CDS) and the Data Quality Engine (DQE).

3.Own and manage a product backlog, with accountability for clearly expressing all backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria to best achieve product strategy

4.Influence development release plans and set expectation for delivery of new features and functionality

5.Provide an active role in creating, prioritizing, mitigating impediments, impacting successful completion of release/sprint goals

6.Provide timely communications on impacts/deliverables between geographically diverse teams.

7.Ensure controls are followed and documented with appropriate evidence to adhere to risk standards.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities * BS/BA degree

  • 5+ years of experience project management with Agile development managing JIRA boards
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, focus on the key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion
  • Ability to lead, challenge and adopt to a changing business landscape
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, self-starter who is interested to continuous learning opportunities
  • . Product Owner or PMP certification, Understanding of JPMC Control Framework related to Change Management activities
  • SQL knowledge to perform analysis on the existing glossary terms and lineage
