Product Manager

We are hiring for the position of Product Manager with one of the leading organization

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Chennai

Role: PRODUCT MANAGER

In this role you will be driving key part of platform & product vision and strategy, and build our partners experience to scale. You will be looking at every issue through a customer-centric lens in order to devise effective and elegant solutions. You will be collaborating with Product Managers, BI Analysts, Product Engineers and Data Scientists; you will guide the efforts in building newer product flows and ML algorithms to help provide the most relevant products and promotions to our Partners.

Requirements:

- At least 3-5 years of experience working as a product manager on consumer product teams, or equivalent roles ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products.

- An analytical and data-driven mindset; a love for digging into data to understand what & happening and to define & measure success on every project.

- Experience working with data science teams, building and shipping features that rely on machine learning / models.

- Prior experience working on Growth based roles in Marketplaces or B2B Platform is a big plus.

- Ability to learn quickly, comfortable teaching yourself new skills, and thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.

- A passion for your users (In this stream, your stakeholders will be both internal and Partner/Brand facing).

Roles & Responsibilities:

- As part of the product team, drive the product vision and strategy, and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area by working with engineers and designers to ship features and product improvements.

- Highly involved and be responsible to own and drive KR(s)

- Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specs, and help share wireframes and workflows.

- Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, and marketing teams to formulate problem statements, develop launch strategy, and create product messaging and training.
