For more information, please visit: https://www.livspace.com/ What you\'ll do (Responsibilities) - Floating the BOQ to vendors(Service & direct supply), Taking quotes, making comparatives, Negotiating with them to obtain optimal pricing - Existing vendors management and defining the payment terms. - Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services. - Oversee the process of release of Purchase orders orders and tracking the same. - End to end purchase management which includes tracking of PO release, payment processing, material delivery tracking. Who you are (Qualifications) - Graduate in any stream. - A very relevant experience in procurement of materials and services in commercial interior projects of minimum 2 years. - Have to be street smart with good communication skill. - Ability to lead small to medium value engagements or components of large, complex engagements - Ability to identify cost optimization opportunities in one or more areas
