Job Description


Petty Cash management: The Ops Executive must have a track of the regular cash outflow and should be able to forecast the ECO\'s monthly expenses. Based on the forecast, the funds would be allocated by the Management. Doing ECO Audits on a frequent basis: The Ops executive shall ensure that their respective ECO is audited regularly. The audit should include checking the ECO\'s cleanliness, IT solutions and most importantly ensure that the lift is functioning properly without any technical issues. ECO cleanliness - Daily checklist verification - Morning 12:00pm and afternoon 09:00pm. Daily Meeting - With Helper/Office Assistant ECO Lock & Unlock tool - The Ops Executive should record the ECO opening and closing time with pictures, update the same in the Lock & Unlock tool and shall ensure strict compliance. ECO expense sheet data entry and updating on a daily basis. Data entered should be precise and the Ops Executive must ensure that there is no duplication / incorrect entry. Vendor payments coordination: Need to coordinate with the Projects and Accounts team for all ECO related vendors (for eg. courier vendor, water and other vendors). ECO Operations and maintenance work coordination. Following customer welcome and assistance protocols: The Ops Executive should be courteous and should greet the customers during their entry and shall ensure they have a very warm experience all through. Managing ECO\'s branding and BTL activities by coordinating with the Project and the Marketing team. Lead generation and lead management: Through Inhouse BTL activities and direct landline. ECO stock and inventory management. Asana task, Google sheets tracker management on all ECO audits, operations and procurement related activity. ECO Feedback form: The Ops Executive should ensure that all customers visiting the ECO fill out the feedback form before their exit. Marketing materials stock maintaining and updation- Brochures, mappy, standees, danglers, etc. Tasks from Project Engr/Mgr - Bills, vendor meetings, installations, assisting the technicians during the ECO\'s tech visit. Tasks from the Operations team - Supporting the sales team, market research, marketing tasks, regional tasks. Any task assigned to the Ops Exe, by any other vertical apart from the Operations/Projects Team should be routed via the concerned Project Engineer / Operations Manager. Ensuring seamless payment processing to the helper/office assistant. Any other tasks assigned by the Project/Operations Team. Requirements: Candidate must have experience in Retail Store work experience Preferably from Manufacturing Industry Adequate Knowledge of Product Market, Competence, and Selling Techniques. Attention to detail Knowledge in MS Excel Excellent Communication skills (English is mandatory) Knowledge on maintain MIS reports.
