This is a permanent role on the Ad Ops team reporting to the Ad Ops Manager. You will be working closely with the Ad Ops team in APAC & EMEA, who are involved in providing clients with insights into their campaigns, audience etc. What do you need to know about us? Role Purpose- The Ad Operations Team works to ensure the implementation and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns, while being highly efficient, and facilitating and delivering revenue. As an Ad Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the technical set-up, management, maintenance, and monitoring of campaigns, and be involved in campaigns right from the beginning planning stages. The successful candidate will have experience in campaign uploading, tracking, monitoring, reporting, optimization, and analysis, and will have great attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize their time. What you will be responsible for-

  • Set-up, management, and monitoring of Campaigns and pixels across platforms.
  • Monitor and report on basic checks on Search/Social campaigns in subsequent platforms.
  • Set-up campaigns according to guidelines & Ensure data maintenance and integrity of campaigns and dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
  • Adaptable and able to be flexible with changes in prioritization to meet new or changed objectives
  • Support the team in querying trafficking requests that are unclear or incorrect, and presenting information effectively either via call, slack or email when asking or responding to queries.
  • Creation of reports and forecasting for clients and colleagues as required.
What are the requirements of the role?
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role of digital experience
  • Experience with planning and running PPC, and Display campaigns
  • Google AdWords Certification and/or Doubleclick Search Certification
  • Platform experience: Google Ads, FB Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn etc
  • Excellent knowledge of digital technology marketplace, for either agency, media owner or ad tech background.
  • Strong analytical skills and must be able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization to meet new or changed goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable
  • Lead by example and ensure all team members are always operating professionally.
  • Experience with Ad server or Campaign manager 360 would be a plus
